Unused and unopened products maybe returned in their original condition for a refund to Origin Gallery within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item for a full refund less any Postage and Packaging costs and/or gifts wrapping costs paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

In the unlikely event that you should wish to complain about the goods, you can do so by emailing us at enquiries@origingallery.co.uk and we shall try our best to respond within 48 hours.

Customs & Taxes

All duties, taxes and any other payments incurred in relation to the importation of goods from Origin Gallery to another country will be payable by the purchaser of such goods.

stock availability

Because our products are crafted in the UK in small batches we cannot guarantee to permanently carry all the items in stock, although we really try our best.  If an item is out of stock, we will quickly advise you of an anticipated delivery date and can deliver when available, swap for another item, or refund the order – as you wish.
